Client Policies:

  • At no time should a client expect that Aldon Tutoring Centres, Greensborough be used as a babysitting service.
  • The minimum number of hours of instruction for which a tutor must be paid per visit is one.
  • We are not liable for any damages, be they real or imagined, which occur to your person or property as a result or as a perceived result of tutoring sessions, and you absolve Aldon Tutoring Centres, Greensborough of same by entering into any tutoring arrangement by use of this website or through us or any tutor associated with us. We conduct reference and credential checks for all our tutors, however, any damages or liability issues must be taken up directly with the tutor on an individual basis separate in its entirety from Aldon Tutoring Centres, Greensborough and any of its employees, directors, founders and associates as well as all of the familial and other relations thereof.
  • By entering into any form of arrangement or agreement with Aldon Tutoring Centres, Greensborough , you agree to absolve Aldon Tutoring Centres, Greensborough for liability, actions or claims for any damages, in all areas of law, including but not limited to criminal, tort, contract, property and others.

  • Should a client arrange to see a tutor at a specified time and fail to appear or be available for said appointment as previously agreed upon, client will be liable for payment for the session.
  • Acceptable methods of cancellation would include any reasonable (i.e. email, telephone, etc) attempt to cancel lesson with tutor at least 12 hours in advance of set lesson time.
  • Clients must attempt at least two avenues of contact in order to satisfy this obligation, unless first attempt is successful in reaching tutor. Clients are further responsible for keeping records of these attempts in the remote chance that a dispute should arise.
  • Aldon Tutoring centres, Greensborough will not be held accountable or responsible for the academic success or lack thereof by the student. Although we will do everything in our power to help grades and skill sets improve, we offer no guarantee thereto.
